编辑同志:看了《山西农业科学》第一期《旱地农业初议》一文,深有同感。山西农业走以旱地为主的道路,不论是从历史上看,或从发展远景上看都应该是肯定的。我曾在有关课题讨论会上呼吁过此事,大家认为论点是站得住脚的,但旱地研究课题很少,人员廖廖无几,究其原因,无非是难度较大,不容易出成果,人们明知重要不愿为之。更主要的是各级领导指导思想不明确,技术政策不合理,没有一套办法扶持、鼓励旱地农业科学研究,这种状况亟待改变。过去我们曾从事旱地小麦育种及山区早地小麦
