为研究木薯茎秆力学特性沿茎秆方向的分布规律,对其进行了压缩、剪切、弯曲试验,以加载方向、茎秆直径为试验因素,以最大承载力为响应指标。结果表明:沿径向加载时,压缩力最大,剪切力次之,弯曲力最小;沿轴向加载时剪切力最小。同时,给出各方向加载情况下受力与茎秆直径的线性方程。
In order to study the mechanical characteristics of cassava stem along the direction of the distribution of stalks, the compression, shear and bending tests were carried out. The loading direction and the diameter of the stem were used as the experimental factors, and the maximum bearing capacity was taken as the response index. The results show that: when loaded in the radial direction, the compressive force is the largest, the shear force is the second, and the bending force is the smallest; and the shear force is the smallest when it is loaded axially. At the same time, a linear equation of stress and stalk diameter under all loading conditions is given.
