目的 探讨强力宁对家兔肾缺血再灌注损伤保护作用。方法 16只家兔肾动脉钳夹 60min后开放制成的缺血性急性肾衰模型并随机分成两组 ,A组 :为对照组 ,于缺血前 10min及再灌注时分别静注生理盐水 7ml和 13ml;B组 :为治疗组 ,于缺血前 10min及再灌注时分别静注含强力宁生理盐水 7ml和 13ml(强力宁按 2 0mg/kg用生理盐水稀释至 2 0ml)。结果 B组再灌注 60min时血清丙二醛 (MDA)及再灌注 2 4h时血清肌酐 (Scr)、尿素氮 (BUN)均明显低于A组。结论 强力宁可能通过抗自由基及脂质过氧化作用 ,对缺血再灌注损伤的兔肾脏具有明显的保护作用。
Objective To investigate the protective effect of strong-strengthening on renal ischemia-reperfusion injury in rabbits. Methods The ischemic acute renal failure models of 16 rabbits were opened after clamping for 60 min. They were randomly divided into two groups. Group A: Control group. Intravenous saline 7 ml before and 10 min after ischemia. And 13ml; B group: for the treatment group, 10ml before and 10min before ischemia and reperfusion, respectively, containing strong-ning normal saline 7ml and 13ml (Strong-Ning by 20mg/kg diluted with normal saline to 20ml). Results Serum MDA and serum creatinine (Scr) and urea nitrogen (BUN) were significantly lower in group B than in group A at 60 min after reperfusion. Conclusion Qiangningning may have obvious protective effects on rabbit kidney with ischemia-reperfusion injury through anti-free radical and lipid peroxidation.
