尼克酰胺磷酸核糖转移酶(Nampt)是生物合成烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸(NAD)的关键限速酶,Nampt通过调节NAD的生成从而调控Sirt1的活性,参与细胞的分化、增殖及凋亡等过程。该文对Nampt与糖尿病并发血管病变相关性的研究进展作一综述。
