熊胆为熊科动物(Selenarctos thibetanus Cuvier)或棕熊(Ursus arctos L)的胆囊内胆汁,现多以人工引流的干燥熊胆汁入药。引流熊胆的化学成分与天然熊胆相似。熊胆灌胃给药具有抗炎免疫、利胆、镇惊、降血脂、及冠脉扩张等作用,本文就熊胆能否对失血所造成的组织细胞的损伤具有防护作用进行了初步探讨,以为临床提供实验依据。1 材料与方法1.1 动物 Wistar大鼠,体重250±35g,雌雄不分,由延边大学医学院动物科提供。
Bear bile is gallbladder bile in the genus Selenarctos thibetanus Cuvier or Ursus arctos L. It is now mostly used as an artificial draining dry bear bile. The chemical composition of the draining bear bile is similar to that of natural bear bile. The administration of bear gall bladder gavage has the effects of anti-inflammation, immunity, gallbladder, hypolipidemic, and coronary artery dilatation. This article has carried out a tentative discussion on whether bear bile can protect the tissue cells from damage caused by blood loss. It is intended to provide experimental evidence for clinical practice. 1 Materials and methods 1.1 Animal Wistar rats, weighing 250 ± 35g, regardless of sex, provided by the Department of Zoology, Yanbian University School of Medicine.
