京建法[2012]2号各区县住房城乡建设委,东城、西城区住房城市建设委,经济技术开发区建设局、各有关建设单位:依据《民用建筑节能条例》(国务院令第530号)、《北京市供热采暖管理办法》(市政府令第216号)及相关文件,我委对《北京市建设和房屋行政许可管理事项程序性规定》中“民用建筑节能专项验收备案”部分程序性规定进行了调整,重点将供热单位引入采暖节能工程分项验收,以确保供热计量装置安装到位。现将有关事项通知如
Beijing Urban Construction and Urban Construction Commission, Dongcheng, Xicheng District Urban Construction Committee, Economic and Technological Development Zone Construction Bureau, all relevant construction units: According to the “Civil Building Energy Conservation Regulations” (State Council Decree No. 530) , “Beijing Heating and Heating Management Measures” (the municipal government order No. 216) and related documents, I Committee on the “Beijing Municipal Construction and Housing Administrative Procedures for the management of provisions” in the “civil construction energy-saving special inspection record” Part of the procedural requirements were adjusted, the focus will be the introduction of heating units sub-item heating energy-saving projects to ensure that heating metering device installed in place. The relevant matters are hereby notified
