利用有限元软件ANSYS模拟下保护层开采过程,通过推进不同距离被保护层应变、应力场的变化情况,确定保护层卸压范围。结果表明,被保护层的膨胀变形率在0.35%~1.18%,与实测煤层的膨胀变形量0.56%相比基本吻合;稳定有效卸压区域位于开切眼前方50 m到工作面后方60 m范围内与实际测量数据相吻合。
The finite element software ANSYS is used to simulate the mining process of the protective layer. The pressure relief field is determined by advancing the variation of the strain and stress field of the protective layer at different distances. The results show that the deformation rate of the protected layer is between 0.35% and 1.18%, which is basically consistent with the measured 0.56% of the deformation of the coal seam. The stable and effective pressure relief area is located 50m to the front and 60m behind the working face Within the actual measurement data match.
