目的对中国沙棘Hippophae rhamnoides ssp.sinensis籽粕的化学成分进行研究。方法采用多种色谱方法进行分离纯化,运用多种谱学方法鉴定化合物的结构。结果从中国沙棘籽粕的70%乙醇提取物中分离得到3个化合物,分别鉴定为山柰酚-3-O-[(2E)-2,6-二甲基-6-羟基-2,7-辛二烯酰-(1→6)]-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基-(1→2)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷-7-O-[(2E)-2,6-二甲基-6-羟基-2,7-辛二烯酰-(1→3)]-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖苷(1)、山柰酚-3-O-[(2E)-2,6-二甲基-6-羟基-2,7-辛二烯酰-(1→6)]-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基-(1→2)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷-7-O-[(2E)-2,6-二甲基-6-羟基-2,7-辛二烯酰-(1→2)]-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖苷(2)、异鼠李素-3-O-β-D-芸香糖苷(3)。结论化合物1和2均为新的黄酮苷,分别命名为沙棘黄酮苷A和沙棘黄酮苷B。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Hippophae rhamnoides ssp.sinensis seed meal from China. Methods A variety of chromatographic methods were used to separate and purify the compounds. The structures of the compounds were identified by a variety of spectroscopic methods. Results Three compounds were isolated from 70% ethanol extract of Chinese sea buckthorn seed meal and identified as kaempferol-3-O - [(2E) -2,6-dimethyl-6-hydroxy-2,7 -octadienyl- (1 → 6)] - β -D-glucopyranosyl- (1 → 2) -β-D-glucopyranoside-7-O - [(2E) (1 → 3)] - α-L-rhamnopyranoside (1), kaempferol-3-O - [(2E) - 6-hydroxy-2,7-octadienoyl- (1 → 6)] - β-D-glucopyranosyl- (1 → 2) -β-D-glucopyranose (2 → 2) -2,6-dimethyl-6-hydroxy-2,7-octadienoyl- (1 → 2)] - α-L-rhamnopyranoside ), Isorhamnetin-3-O-β-D-rutinoside (3). Conclusions Compounds 1 and 2 are new flavonoid glycosides, named as Hippophae flavone A and Hippophae rhamnoside B, respectively.
