针对气压卸荷导轨低速运动时仍可能产生摩擦自激振动的问题,分析了气压卸荷导轨摩擦自激振动的机理,推导出不产生摩擦自激振动的临界速度与导轨副粗糙度的关系。为合理选择导轨的结构及工艺参数提供了依据。
Aiming at the problem of friction self-excited vibration when pneumatic unloading guideway moves at low speed, the mechanism of friction self-excited vibration of pneumatic unloading guideway is analyzed, and the relationship between the critical speed and the guideway roughness is deduced. It provided the basis for the reasonable choice of the structure and process parameters of the guide rail.
