我中心自１９８６年以纯中药制剂复方黄黛片（复方青黛片）为主治疗急性早幼粒细胞白血病（ＡＰＬ）患者６０例，６０天内完全缓解率（ＣＲ）为９８．３％［１］。现对近５年来在我中心单用复方黄黛片治疗的１７例ＡＰＬ患者疗效分析如下。１　病例和方法１．１　病例　１７例 Since 1986, our center has treated 60 cases of acute promyelocytic leukemia (APL) with pure Chinese herbal compound compound Huangqi tablets (Compound Qinglan Tablets).
