目的探讨总结老年重型颅脑损伤的治疗方法和疗效。方法对孝感市中心医院2004-09-2010-12收治的63例老年重型颅脑损伤患者进行回顾性分析。结果生存26例,死亡37例。3～6个月后随访:4例恢复良好,轻残5例,中残8例,重残9例。结论老年重型颅脑损伤伤情重,预后差,死亡率高。加强监护、护理与针对性的个体化治疗方案是救治老年重型颅脑损伤患者的关键。
Objective To discuss the treatment and efficacy of elderly patients with severe craniocerebral injury. Methods 63 cases of elderly patients with severe traumatic brain injury admitted to Xiaogan Central Hospital from September 2004 to October 2010 were retrospectively analyzed. Results of survival in 26 cases, 37 cases of death. After 3 to 6 months follow-up: 4 cases recovered well, 5 cases were mild residual, 8 cases residual and 9 cases severe residual. Conclusion Severe head injury in elderly patients with severe head injury, poor prognosis and high mortality. Strengthen the guardianship, care and targeted individual treatment program is the key to the treatment of elderly patients with severe head injury.
