新疆经济增长速度虽然一直高于全国平均水平,但总体经济发展水平和综合实力与内地其他区域相比有明显差距,要缩小差距,关键在于新疆产业结构的调整和优化。本文阐述新疆产业结构现状及其存在的问题,分析影响产业结构转换能力的因素,从而确认阻碍制约产业结构转换能力的各种因素,提出了几点对策建议。这对提高新疆产业结构转换能力,促进新疆经济协调发展,改善民生,提高综合实力具有重大的现实作用。
Although the economic growth rate of Xinjiang has always been higher than the national average, the overall level of economic development and overall strength are obviously different from those of other regions in the Mainland. To narrow the gap, the key lies in the adjustment and optimization of the industrial structure in Xinjiang. This article expounds the status quo of the industrial structure in Xinjiang and its existing problems, analyzes the factors that affect the ability of the industrial structure to transform, confirms the various factors that hinder the ability to control the industrial structure, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions. This is of great realistic significance to improving the ability of transforming industrial structure in Xinjiang, promoting the coordinated development of Xinjiang’s economy, improving people’s livelihood, and improving overall strength.
