选择单眼弱视患儿54例,其中弱视眼54眼,正常眼54眼,对其进行不同背景光照度静态视野分辨阈值及P一VEP变化特点的对比研究。结果表明:弱视眼在20℃视野范围内,静态光敏感度阈值均较正常眼有不同程度的降低(P<0.05至P<0.01),以5°内变化明显。弱视眼P一VEP变化特点为其P1峰潜时在各种空间频率刺激时,均较正常眼有延长趋势,P1振幅也均较正常眼有降低趋势。弱视程度不同其受累的P一VEP空间频率也不同。轻度弱视仅表现出高空间频率的改变,中及重度弱视则由高空间频率改变向全空间频率改变发展。
A total of 54 children with monocular amblyopia were selected, including 54 eyes of amblyopic eyes and 54 eyes of normal eyes. The comparative study of static background distinguishing threshold and P-VEP of different background illumination were conducted. The results showed that the threshold of static light sensitivity of amblyopic eyes decreased to different extents (P <0.05 to P <0.01) in 20 ° field of view and changed significantly within 5 °. P-VEP change in amblyopic eyes is characterized by its P1 peak latency in a variety of spatial frequency stimulation, compared with the normal eye has an extended trend, P1 amplitude are also lower than the normal trend. Different degrees of amblyopia affected their P-VEP spatial frequency is also different. Mild amblyopia showed only changes in high spatial frequency, moderate and severe amblyopia was changed from high spatial frequency to full spatial frequency change.
