研究了桦树桑黄液体发酵培养基中不同营养成分对桦树桑黄菌丝生长的影响。采用L9(34)正交设计法对桦树桑黄发酵培养基进行了优化,初步筛选出了桦树桑黄液体发酵的培养基。结果表明,优化培养基为玉米粉1%、麦麸1%、葡萄糖2%、蛋白胨0.5%、酵母膏0.5%、磷酸二氢钾0.1%、硫酸镁0.05%、维生素B1 1 mg.100-1.mL-1。
The effects of different nutrients in birch phellodendron liquid fermentation medium on the growth of birch phellinus linteus were studied. The orthogonal design of L9 (34) was used to optimize the fermentation medium of birch Phellinus linteus, and the medium for the liquid fermentation of birch Phellinus linteus was initially screened out. The results showed that the optimum culture medium was corn flour 1%, wheat bran 1%, glucose 2%, peptone 0.5%, yeast extract 0.5%, potassium dihydrogen phosphate 0.1%, magnesium sulfate 0.05%, vitamin B1 1 mg.100-1 .mL-1.
