我院是一所拥有近500张床位的省级综合性医院,专科齐全,设备先进,是海南省首家国家级爱婴医院。 1993年12月,我院在省内率先开展住院医师规范化培养(以下简称规范化培养)工作。两年来,在省卫生厅支持下,认真贯彻卫生部颁发的《临床住院医师规范化培养试行条例》,强化医师毕业后教育意识,做好规范化培养工作,有效地促进了人才成长。科主任们普遍认为,实施住院医师规范化培养,使住院医师理论学习和技能操作有章可循,科室管理有据可依,为住院医师提供了平等竞争的机会。 本文就如何开展规范化培养工作,谈谈我们的做法和体会。
Our hospital is a provincial-level comprehensive hospital with nearly 500 beds. It is complete with special facilities and advanced equipment. It is the first state-level baby-friendly hospital in Hainan Province. In December 1993, our institute took the lead in the province to carry out standardized training for residents (hereinafter referred to as standardized training). In the past two years, under the support of the Provincial Health Department, the Ministry of Health has implemented the “Regulations on the Standardization of Clinical Resident Training”, strengthened the education awareness of post-graduate doctors, and has done a good job in standardization training, which has effectively promoted the growth of talents. Section directors generally believe that the implementation of standardized training of residents, so that the theoretical study of physicians and skills operating rules to follow, department management can be based on evidence, for the residents to provide equal opportunities for competition. This article discusses how to carry out standardized training and talk about our practices and experiences.
