目的:观察低分子RNA 及5- Fu 在白血病细胞系K562 细胞中的作用。方法:在K562细胞培养中加低分子RNA( 实验组1) 、5 - Fu( 实验组2) 、低分子RNA 和5 - Fu( 实验组3) 及P-B-S( 对照组),观察集落细胞数,死、活细胞计数及细胞蛋白含量。结果:集落细胞数对照组为142 个,实验组1 为70 个,抑制率为50-7 % ,实验组2 为71 个,抑制率为50-5% ,实验组3 为41个,抑制率为71-1 % ;活、死细胞实验组1 为42 个、11 个,实验组2 为43 、5 个,实验组3 为27 个、16 个;细胞蛋白含量实验组1 为1-610 ,实验组2 为1-622 ,实验组3 为0-875 ,占72-7 % 。结论:低分子RNA能对白血病细胞系K562 细胞的增殖有明显抑制作用,且能增强5 - Fu 抑制肿瘤细胞的增殖效果。
Objective: To observe the role of low molecular RNA and 5-Fu in leukemia cell line K562 cells. METHODS: Low-molecular RNA (experiment 1), 5 - Fu (experiment 2), low-molecular RNA, 5 - Fu (experiment 3), and P-B-S (control) were added to K562 cell culture. Number of colony cells, dead, viable cell counts, and cellular protein content. Results: The number of colony cells in the control group was 142, the experimental group 1 was 70, the inhibition rate was 50-7 %, the experimental group 2 was 71, the inhibition rate was 50-5%, the experimental group 3 was 41 and the inhibition rate 71-11%; viable and dead cell experimental group 1 was 42 and 11; experimental group 2 was 43 and 5; experimental group 3 was 27 and 16; cell protein content experimental group 1 was 1-610. The experimental group 2 was 1-622, and the experimental group 3 was 0-875, accounting for 72-7 %. Conclusion: Low-molecular RNA can significantly inhibit the proliferation of leukemia cell line K562 cells, and can enhance the effect of 5-Fu on tumor cell proliferation.
