随着国家全面深化改革步伐的迈进,国内油田企业将推进油公司体制机制建设作为油气田全面深化改革、加快转型发展的重要举措。在油田企业改革过程中,将基层建设摆在了非常重要的位置。本文针对油田企业改革发展趋势,从基层领导班子和基层党组织建设、基层班组建设以及企业文化建设三个方面着手,从当前油田企业基层建设面临的实际问题出发,分析并探讨了基层建设的思路和建议,提出了基层建设的标准和措施,为全面深化改革形势下的油田企业基层建设提供了方向。

In this paper, according to the reform and development of oilfield enterprises, starting from the grass-roots leadership and grass-roots party organizations, grass-roots team building and corporate culture construction from three aspects, the current oilfield enterprises to face the practical problems of grassroots construction, analysis and discussion of grassroots construction ideas And recommendations, put forward the standards and measures for grassroots construction, which provide the direction for the grass-roots construction of oilfield enterprises under the situation of reform in an all-round way.
