本论文主要阐述了40LDB钻机JC-40S1绞车的工作原理、结构特征、技术规格以及常见故障和排除方法。并着重分析了利用XK2135数控龙门镗铣床,依据德国SIEMENS840D数控编程操作系统直接数字定义进行加工编程的方法,改进加工工艺避免其常见故障的发生,为绞车进行了全面的工艺改进,一次装夹完成其八个工作面镗、铣、钻、攻丝等全部工作,避免了误差的累积,保证了同轴度及其他加工精度,从而使其装配精度达到国内石油机械行业先进水平。
This paper mainly expounds the working principle, structural characteristics, technical specifications, common faults and elimination methods of the JC-40S1 winch for 40LDB drilling rig. The paper also emphatically analyzes the method of using XK2135 CNC gantry boring and milling machine to process programming according to the direct digital definition of Germany SIEMENS840D NC programming operating system to improve the processing technology to avoid the occurrence of its common faults and make a comprehensive process improvement for the winch. Its eight face boring, milling, drilling, tapping and all other work to avoid the accumulation of errors to ensure the coaxiality and other processing accuracy, so that the assembly accuracy of the domestic petroleum machinery industry advanced level.
