切坯丝在工作过程中重复切割泥条,泥条的摩擦阻力形成交变载荷,这是导致切坯丝疲劳失效的主要原因。以阜新市浩博集团半自动切坯机为例,利用SolidWorks分析得到切坯丝在工作中的应力图和安全系数图,分析其失效规律,适当提高切坯丝倾斜角度能够减小根部应力,提高根部安全系数,延长切坯丝寿命,因此,选取切坯丝最优倾斜角度。结果表明:优选角度之后的切坯丝的疲劳损耗较小,安全性系数明显提高,切坯丝寿命提高,因此提高了生产效率。
Cut the wire in the work process repeatedly cutting mud, mud friction resistance of the formation of alternating load, which is the main reason leading to failure of the cut wire fatigue. Taking Fuxin Haobo Group semi-automatic billet cutter as an example, the stress diagram and safety factor map of the cut wire in operation were obtained by using SolidWorks analysis. The failure rules were analyzed. Appropriately increasing the inclination angle of cut wire can reduce the root stress and improve the root Safety factor, extend the cut wire life, therefore, select the optimal angle of cut wire. The results show that the fatigue loss of the cut strand after the optimal angle is small, the safety factor is obviously increased, the life of the cut strand is increased, and the production efficiency is improved.
