目的:探讨新城疫病毒疫苗对自然人群EB病毒VCA-IgA抗体转阴的作用。方法:使用新城疫病毒疫苗鼻腔喷雾法治疗血清EBV-VCA-IgA抗体1:10以上的自然人群31例,并与47例安慰剂治疗作对照。结果:治疗组的抗体滴度下降、转阴率(77.42%)和波动率(6.45%)明显高于对照组的自然下降、转阴率(40.42%)和波动率(2.13%);而治疗组的抗体滴度不变率(12.9%)和上升率(3.23%)则明显低于对照组(分别为46.8%和10.6%)(P<0.005)。结论;新城疫病毒疫苗治疗VCA-IgA抗体阳性自然人群,有促进抗体滴度下降或者转阴的潜在作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Newcastle disease virus vaccine on the negative conversion of Epstein-Barr virus (VCA-IgA) antibody in the natural population. METHODS: Thirty-one patients with a natural population of 1:10 or more who had been treated with the Newcastle disease virus vaccine nasal spray for serum EBV-VCA-IgA were compared with 47 placebo-treated controls. Results: The antibody titers of the treatment group decreased, the negative conversion rate (77.42%) and the fluctuation rate (6.45%) were significantly higher than those of the control group (40.42%) and the volatility 2.13%). In the treatment group, the invariable rate of antibody titer (12.9%) and the rate of increase (3.23%) were significantly lower than those of the control group (46.8% and 10.6% respectively) (P <0.005). Conclusion; Newcastle disease virus vaccine for the treatment of VCA-IgA antibody-positive natural population, there is the potential to promote antibody titer decline or negative.
