省心血管分科学会和《实用内科杂志》编辑室于1980年10月28—29日在沈阳联合召开了特发性心肌病座谈会,参加座谈会的有我省的医学院校、几大市和驻军医院的代表共30余人。会议由中国医大附属一院严秉智副教授主持,会议对特发性心肌病的命名、概念、分型、诊断、治疗等有关问题展开了热烈讨论,并结合几年来在医疗实践中所观察的病例,对病因学、活检与病理、心室造影、同位素血池扫描等问题,进行了展望性探讨,本文将有关座谈结果纪要如下。
