教师专业成长的路径很多,教育科研是其中的必由之路。如何提高教师的科研能力,藉此提升教师的专业素养,是学校教科室的第一要务。从多个教师成长的个案中,我们提炼出教师科研能力提升的三个关键要素,即沃土、驱动和平台。一、成长沃土影响教师科研能力的提升以及教师专业发展的第一要素是科研氛围、教改实践等成长的沃土。
There are many ways for teachers to grow professionally, and education and scientific research are the only way among them. How to improve teachers’ ability in scientific research to enhance their professionalism is the top priority of school classrooms. From the multiple teacher growth cases, we have refined three key elements of teachers’ ability to enhance their scientific research: fertile soil, drivers and platforms. First, the growth of fertile soil The impact of teachers’ ability to enhance scientific research and teacher professional development is the first element of scientific research atmosphere, teaching practice of fertile ground for growth.
