今年8月初,云南省玉溪市在澄江县召开了深化集体林权制度改革矛盾纠纷调处现场会。参会人员学习、参阅了澄江县林权纠纷案例的调处卷宗、管理台账等资料,深受启发和教育。自2007年6月开展集体林权制度改革以来,澄江县共发生林权矛盾纠纷436件,涉及面积2.3万多亩。通过群众自主协商和基层组织调解,截至今年8月,已成功调处431件,调处面积2.2万多亩,调处成功率达98.9%。
In early August this year, Yuxi City, Yunnan Province, held a live meeting to mediate and reconcile contradictions and disputes in the reform of collective forest tenure rights in Chengjiang County. Participants learn, refer to the Chengjiang County cases of forest rights disputes mediation files, management ledger and other information, inspired by and education. Since the reform of the collective forest tenure system started in June 2007, 436 contradictions of forest rights occurred in Chengjiang County, covering an area of over 23,000 mu. Through the masses’ independent consultation and mediation by grass-roots organizations, as of August this year, 431 cases have been successfully transferred, with a transfer area of 22,000 mu and a success rate of 98.9%.
