一、前言 侧钛锆合金在难熔金属中以它的强度高,良好的导电热性,低的膨胀系数,高的再结晶温度,同时又比较容易加工而著名。尤其是钛锆碳含量较低的TZM合金在钼合金中更是佼佼者。 根据美国标准TZM合金的成份是Ti0.4~0.55%,Zr0.06~0.12%。C0.01~0.04%,余Mo,合金元素总量不超过1%,就是这些少量元素使钼的机械性能不论是室温还是高温都大为提高,再结晶温度比纯钼高300℃左右,与W相比,W的强度虽然要高一些,但由于W的密度(19.3g/cm~3)是TZM
