角巩膜穿通伤是常见的致使视功能不同损害的眼病。患眼的预后除了取决于眼外伤的程度外，伤后创口及时高质量地缝合及术后正确地治疗也是极为重要的。本组１９例角巩膜穿通伤均采用显微缝合技术处理伤口，所有的患眼都取得了良好的预后。我们认为：所有角巩膜裂伤均应行显微缝合技术处理伤口。本文提出了判定角巩膜裂伤缝合术后创口愈合标准，即根据创口瘢痕的宽度，创口对合情况及有无虹膜前粘连分为优、良、可三级。
Corneal scleral penetrating injuries are common eye diseases that cause different impairments of visual function. In addition to the prognosis of the affected eye depends on the extent of ocular trauma, wounds in a timely manner after the high quality suture and postoperative correct treatment is also extremely important. The group of 19 cases of scleral penetrating injury were treated with microscopic suture wounds, all of the affected eyes have achieved a good prognosis. We believe that: All scleral sclerosis should be treated with micro-suture wounds. In this paper, the criterion of wound healing after the scleral laceration of the sclera was proposed. That is to say, according to the width of the scar, the condition of the incision and the pre-orbital adhesions, it is divided into excellent, good and tertiary.
