应用半傅立叶转换快速自旋回波序列（ＦＡＳＥ）对５４ 例尿路梗阻及２０ 例健康志愿者行磁共振尿路成像（ＭＲＵ）检查，检查前静注速尿２０～４０ｍ ｇ。发现尿路梗阻患者均能显示梗阻部位和程度，尤其对静脉尿路造影（ＩＶＵ）不能显影者效果良好。ＭＲＵ 能显示尿路梗阻部位、程度，是一种方便、快捷、新型无创性的影像学检查手段
Fifty-four cases of urinary tract obstruction and 20 healthy volunteers were examined by magnetic resonance urography (MRU) with half-Fourier transform fast spin echo (FASE). Premolar furosemide was 20-40 m g. It was found that patients with urinary tract obstruction can show the location and extent of obstruction, especially for intravenous urography (IVU) can not develop a good effect.
