实验选用Sprague-Dawley大鼠,在乙醚麻醉下手术暴露其股静脉。然后,经股静脉给大鼠单独注射1μmol/kg体重氯化甲基汞(其中含有已知比放射活性的CH_3Hg~(203)Cl)或注入5μmol/kg体重亚硒酸钠和如上剂量氯化甲基汞的混合物。注入体积为0.3~0.6ml。大鼠在上述处理后第5、20和60分钟,分别于乙醚麻醉下心脏穿刺抽血处死大鼠(每组3~4只)。收集大鼠血样,部分血样再于室温下离心(1580×g,15分钟)分离血浆和红细胞。取出大鼠脑、肾和肝脏,称其重量。用
Sprague-Dawley rats were selected and their femoral veins were surgically exposed under ether anesthesia.
