采用重力砂型铸造、金属型铸造和电磁低压铸造三种不同的铸造方法对ZAlSi6Cu4Mg性能的影响进行研究。结果表明,采用自制的金属型和电磁低压铸造获得的合金的综合性能较好,突出了电磁低压铸造的优点。
The effects of gravity sand casting, metal casting and electromagnetic low pressure casting on the properties of ZAlSi6Cu4Mg were studied. The results show that the alloy obtained by self-made metal and electromagnetic low-pressure casting has better overall performance, highlighting the advantages of electromagnetic low-pressure casting.
