笔者有幸作为JAA(Joint Aviation Administration)欧洲联合适航当局的同行,应邀参加了对Ameco(北京飞机维修工程有限公司)的维修许可审查、讲评。现将审定过程及我们的一些感想记述如下。一、背景 1993年8月4日,Ameco向JAA提出了下列有限项目的维修许可申请: ·B747、B767的A—C检; ·JT9D、PW4000、RB—211系列发动机B2级检修; ·B747、B767的救生滑梯/船/背心的检查和翻修; ·机轮和刹车装置的翻修和组装; ·NDT(无损检测)。 JAA受理了上述申请,于1993年10月4~11日,委派
I was fortunate enough to be a JAA (Joint Aviation Administration) co-airworthiness authority of the European counterparts were invited to participate in the Ameco (Beijing Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Co., Ltd.) maintenance permit review, comment. Now the validation process and some of our thoughts are as follows. I. Background On August 4, 1993, Ameco applied to JAA for permission to apply for the following limited items: A-C inspection of B747 and B767; B2 inspection of JT9D, PW4000 and RB-211 engines; B747, B767 life-saving slide / boat / tank check-up and overhaul; Renovation and assembly of wheels and brakes; NDT (non-destructive testing). JAA accepted the above application and was appointed from October 4 to October 11, 1993
