作为机床夹具常用零件的V形块,通常采用20号钢制造,渗碳0.8~1.2mm,淬火HRC60~64。这种办法制造的V形块,实际使用中耐磨性能不够理想,使用寿命较短。图1 V形块结构示意图我们改进了制造方法(见图1),V形块采用45号钢,在V形块与工件接触处加工尺寸合适的槽,焊入刀头硬质合金YT15,焊牢后将V形面磨平。制造过程中不再进行热处理。由于硬质合金耐磨性极好,在使用实践中,V形块寿命延长约15~20倍。改进后V形块结构简单、经济耐用,在实
