为探讨肿瘤坏死因子 ( Tumor necrosis factor,TNF)与新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的关系 ,应用放射免疫分析法测定 31例新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病 ( Hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy,HIE)患儿和 1 2例正常新生儿血浆 TNF水平及 2 4例 HIE患儿脑脊液 TNF水平。结果表明 ,HIE患儿急性期血浆 TNF水平显著高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,且随 HIE程度加重而增高。中、重度 HIE急性期与恢复期比较均具有显著差异 ( P <0 .0 1 )。 CT异常组血浆和脑脊液 TNF水平均高于 CT正常组 ,且血浆与脑脊液 TNF之间呈正相关关系 ,推论 TNF参与了 HIE的病理过程 ,测定 TNF可作为新生儿 HIE的监测指标。
To investigate the relationship between tumor necrosis factor (TNF) and neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (NAI), 31 neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) were detected by radioimmunoassay And plasma TNF levels in 12 normal newborns and 24 CSF CSF levels in children with HIE. The results showed that the level of plasma TNF in acute HIE children was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.05), and increased with the increase of HIE. Moderate and severe acute exacerbation of HIE compared with the recovery period were significantly different (P <0.01). The levels of TNF in plasma and cerebrospinal fluid in CT abnormal group were higher than those in normal CT group, and there was a positive correlation between plasma and cerebrospinal fluid TNF. It is concluded that TNF is involved in the pathological process of HIE and TNF can be used as a monitoring indicator of neonatal HIE.
