This paper presents a method to determine the state-time spectrum of the aircraft vibration environment. This method is based on a large number of statistical aircraft flight data and takes into account both the various flight conditions in the air and ground commissioning. Therefore, the so-determined aircraft vibration environment state-time spectrum can be more truly reflected
