目的:观察中药及针灸配合输卵管通液术治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕的临床疗效。方法:将120例输卵管阻塞性不孕患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,分别采用中药及针灸配合输卵管通液术和单纯通液术治疗。结果:治疗组治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕痊愈率为62.53%,总有效率达78.34%;对照组痊愈率为33.33%,总有效率为46.67%,两组临床疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药及针灸配合输卵管通液术对输卵管阻塞性不孕的患者有显著的治疗作用。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture combined with tubal fluid in the treatment of tubal obstruction infertility. Methods: 120 cases of obstructive tubal obstruction infertility were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, respectively, using traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture combined with tubal fluid and simple fluid treatment. Results: The cured rate of tubal obstruction infertility in treatment group was 62.53%, the total effective rate was 78.34%; the cure rate in control group was 33.33%, the total effective rate was 46.67%, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Chinese medicine and acupuncture combined with tubal fluid treatment of tubal obstruction infertility patients have a significant therapeutic effect.
