目的:探讨黄芩、金银花、贯叶金丝桃、木蝴蝶、山楂70%乙醇提物的抗氧化作用。方法:低温条件下制备大鼠肝微粒体,采用Fe2+-ADP-NADPH体外氧化体系诱发肝微粒体脂质过氧化反应,通过计算半数抑制浓度评价上述5味中药的抗氧化作用。结果:黄芩、金银花、贯叶金丝桃、木蝴蝶、山楂醇提物的IC50分别为0.066,0.46,0.044,0.098,6.16 mg.mL-1。结论:黄芩等5种中药醇提物具有不同程度的抗肝微粒体脂质过氧化的作用。
Objective: To investigate the anti-oxidative effects of 70% ethanol extract of Scutellaria baicalensis, Honeysuckle, Hypericum perforatum, Wood butterfly and hawthorn. Methods: The rat liver microsomes were prepared at low temperature. The lipid peroxidation of liver microsomes was induced by Fe2 + -ADP-NADPH oxidation system. The anti-oxidative effects of the above five herbs were evaluated by calculating the half inhibitory concentration. Results: The IC50 of Scutellaria baicalensis, Honeysuckle, Hypericum perforatum, Wood butterfly and Hawthorn ethanol extract were 0.066,0.46,0.044,0.098,6.16 mg.mL-1, respectively. Conclusion: Scutellariae five kinds of Chinese medicine alcohol extract have different degrees of anti-liver microsomal lipid peroxidation.
