在开放式基金成为基金主流产品的今天,完成销售可以说是“惊险的一跳”。但市场环境并不宽松,基金销售竞争加剧,去年基金的密集发行,已使基金由卖方市场全面转为买方市场,因此基金销售模式成为影响基金市场发展的一个关键因素。目前,我国开放式基金销售市场逐渐形成了银行代销、券商代销、基金公司直销三种模式,然而由于这些销售模式所具有的先天劣势,使开放式基金的销售不能与我国基金业快速发展相适应,如果不能在开放式基金销售模式上有所创新,那么对于我国的基金市场的发展是极为不利的。而专业基金销售公司正是为了适应这种市场需求而产生的新的销售模式,专业基金销售公司以其特有的独立性、客观性、专业性,必将成为我国开放式基金销售发展的趋势。
