目的探讨优质护理应用在儿童浮膝损伤中的临床效果。方法选择1996年1月—2015年12月住院治疗的浮膝损伤患儿分为观察组和对照组,分析比较二组的护理满意度和并发症情况。结果观察组满意度97.62%,对照组满意度71.05%,观察组的满意度优于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组中出现6例并发症,并发症发生率为15.79%;观察组中出现1例并发症,并发症发生率为2.38%,观察组并发症发生率明显少于对照组。结论优质护理在明显提高护理满意度的同时,有效减少术后并发症,在儿童浮膝损伤患儿中取得良好效果,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of high-quality nursing in children’s knee injury. Methods The children with floating knee injury hospitalized from January 1996 to December 2015 were divided into observation group and control group, and the nursing satisfaction and complications of the two groups were compared. Results The satisfaction of the observation group was 97.62%, while that of the control group was 71.05%. The satisfaction of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P <0.05). There were 6 complications in the control group and the complication rate was 15.79%. One case of complication occurred in the observation group and the complication rate was 2.38%. The complication rate in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group. Conclusion High quality nursing can significantly reduce the satisfaction of nursing and reduce the postoperative complications effectively. It is worth popularizing and applying in the children with floating knee injury.
