急性心肌梗塞是一种严重的心血管疾病,病死率很高,国内报导为22—56.5％,国外报导为15—61％。对急性心肌梗塞的治疗进展,尤其对本病开展监护工作以来,病死率有了明显下降,国外住院病死率已降到15—20％左右。据最近黑龙江省哈尔滨市几个医院急性心肌梗塞134例临床分析;其住院病死率为23.2％。近半年来,我院内科对此开设了监护病房,自1973年3月14日至1973年10月连续收治了 Acute myocardial infarction is a serious cardiovascular disease with a high case fatality rate of 22-56.5% in the country and 15-61% in foreign countries.
