地名的翻译无论在翻译工作中还是在实际交际中都非常重要。本文通过研究沙博理先生的《水浒传》英译本,分析了中文地名翻译的不同方法,以及各种地名翻译方法的适用范围。
The translation of place names is very important both in translation work and in actual communication. This article analyzes the English translations of Mr. Shabaughie’s The Water Margin and analyzes the different methods of translation of Chinese names, as well as the scope of translation of various names.
