一、岗位职务培训和学历教育是达到岗位职务标准的两种不同的培训形式要进行岗位职务培训首先要解决的是一个岗位职务的标准问题。岗位职务标准应该包括学历、政治理论、专业知识等三个方面的要求。但是,这三个方面的要求是不能在同一次培训中解决的。其中学历要求是对担任某个岗位职务的职工、干部在文化知识方面的要求,应该通过学历教育来完成,这应该依靠普通教育(这是主要途径)和成人教育两个途径来解决。而岗位职务培训则重点解决政治理论和专业知识这两个方面的教育,所以说岗位职务培训和学历教育既有联系,又有区别。其联系在于:岗位职务培训同学历教育都是为了使职工、
