目的探讨高职医学生儿科临床实习带教的有效途径.提高实习效果。方法以病历书写、儿科技能考核、病例分析测试、医患沟通技巧、患儿家属及实习生反馈为指标规范评价有效途径的效果。结果实验组病历书写、儿科技能考核、病例分析测试、医患沟通技巧成绩优于对照组(P<0.001);在患儿家属及实验组学生中进行问卷调查均认为本带教方法提高了实习生的综合素质。结论规范的程序带教法有利于提高高职医学生儿科临床实习的效果。结合中医儿科护理常规.严密观察患儿的神志、面色、生命体征、囟门、形态、哭声、舌脉象、皮肤、二使等变化,若发现病情突变,可先行应急处理,及时报告医师.并积极配合抢救。
Objective To explore the effective ways of teaching clinical practice in pediatrics for higher vocational students and to improve the practice effect.
