部分穿透性角膜移植术,供体角膜必须具有一定的活性,术后才可望获得透明愈合,而内皮细胞的活性尤为重要,是国内外公认的事实。对各种方法活性保存的供体角膜,目前国内鉴定内皮细胞活性,大都采用肉眼观察的方法,以决定供体角膜的取舍。我院自1977年以来,改进了Stocker(1970)报告的锥兰染色法,并应用于部分穿透性角膜移植术的内皮活性快速鉴定。由于供体角膜的缺乏和临床上遇到的特殊情况,我们曾慎用过Stocker报告的内皮活性率70%以下的供体角膜,
Partially penetrating keratoplasty, the donor cornea must have some activity, after surgery is expected to obtain transparent healing, and endothelial cell activity is particularly important, is a recognized fact at home and abroad.
