目的 :考察茴香醛、茴香脑以及肉桂醛对 5 -氟脲嘧啶体外透皮吸收的影响。方法 :采用扩散池技术 ,以裸鼠皮肤为实验材料 ,考察 5 -氟脲嘧啶的透皮吸收情况。结果 :以上三种挥发性成分 (2 % ,w/v)在联合使用 2 0 %乙醇或者30 %丙二醇时 ,都可以显著提高 5 -氟脲嘧啶的透皮吸收系数 (P <0.0 1)。结论 :茴香醛、茴香脑和肉桂醛联合使用乙醇或者丙二醇可以用于促进 5 -氟脲嘧啶的透皮吸收
Objective: To investigate the effects of anisaldehyde, anethole and cinnamaldehyde on percutaneous absorption of 5 - fluorouracil in. Methods: Using diffusion cell technique, the skin of nude mice was taken as the experimental material to investigate the transdermal absorption of 5 - fluorouracil. Results: The transdermal absorbability of 5 - fluorouracil (P <0.01) was significantly increased by the combination of the above two volatile components (2%, w / v) with 20% ethanol or 30% propylene glycol. Conclusions: Combination of anisaldehyde, anethole and cinnamaldehyde with ethanol or propylene glycol can be used to promote transdermal absorption of 5 - fluorouracil
