长春市宽城区涂阳患者管理工作回顾

目的回顾我区实施世行贷款项目后涂阳患者治疗、管理情况,对其结果进行分析总结,为控制全区结核病疫情寻找更好的管理方法。方法收集2005-2007年全区结核病季报表、年报表资料。结果2005~2007年共发现涂阳患者412例,初治涂阳患者268例,全程督导率95.52%,复治144例,全程督导率95.13%;初治涂阳患者治愈率90.30%,复治涂阳患者治愈率86.81%;项目实施后3年涂阳患者丢失率较项目实施前3年明显减少,初治由5.15%降至1.50%,复治由26.05%降至1.39%。结论项目实施后全程督导管理是控制结核病疫情的有效手段,但涂阳患者的管理治疗应需要进一步加强。 Objective To review the treatment and management of smear-positive patients after the implementation of the World Bank loan in our district, analyze and summarize the results, and find a better management method for controlling the epidemic situation of tuberculosis in the whole district. Methods The data of annual report and annual report of tuberculosis in the region from 2005 to 2007 were collected. Results From 2005 to 2007, 412 smear positive smears were found in patients with smear positive smear, 268 smear positive patients in early stage, 95.52% in the whole procedure and 144 cases in retreatment. The overall supervision rate was 95.13%. The cure rate of smear positive patients was 90.30% The cure rate of smear-positive patients was 86.81%. The loss rate of smear-positive patients 3 years after project implementation was significantly reduced from 3 years prior to the project implementation. The initial treatment was reduced from 5.15% to 1.50%, and the re-treatment rate was reduced from 26.05% to 1.39%. Conclusion The whole supervision and management after the implementation of the project is an effective means to control the outbreak of tuberculosis. However, the management and treatment of smear-positive patients should be further strengthened.
