在多年体育教学中,一些有较大难度或有一定危险的运动项目,对少数身体素质较差的学生来说,容易产生恐惧的心理。教学中如果忽视这一现象,不能及时、有效地采取措施解决,教学任务就难以完成,而且还会产生消极作用,进而影响整个教学任务的完成和教学质量的提高。一般来说,体育课上学生恐惧心理都有如下表现:第一,对某一运动项目缺乏浓厚的兴趣;第二,练习中缺乏主动性;第三,完成规定动作多是在被动的情况下进行;第四,对自己的行为能力缺乏信心。
In many years of physical education teaching, some sports projects that are more difficult or have a certain degree of risk, for a small number of students with poor physical fitness, are prone to fear. If we ignore this phenomenon in teaching, we can’t take timely and effective measures to solve it. Teaching tasks will be difficult to accomplish, and it will also have a negative effect, which will affect the completion of the entire teaching task and the improvement of teaching quality. In general, students’ fear in the physical education class has the following performances. First, there is a lack of interest in a particular sport. Second, there is a lack of initiative in the exercise. Third, the completion of prescribed actions is mostly in the passive situation. Fourth, lack of confidence in one’s ability to perform.
