新农村、新文化。建设新农村必将呼唤和孕育新的农村文化,为农村文化的发展带来新的机遇,提出新任务,注入新活力。农村群众文化的发展必将服务和促进新农村建设,为新农村建设增添新手段,提供新载体,贡献新支持。因此在建设社会主义新农村的伟大实践中,群众文化有所地位,也必将有所作为。一、提高认识,统一思想,切实增强群众文化服务新农村建设的责任感建设社会主义新农村是社会主义现代化进程中的重大历史任务。
New countryside, new culture. Building a new countryside will surely call for and nurture a new rural culture, bringing new opportunities for the development of rural culture, putting forward new tasks and infusing new vitality. The development of mass culture in rural areas will surely serve and promote the construction of a new countryside, add new means to new rural construction, provide new carriers and contribute new support. Therefore, in the great practice of building a new socialist countryside, the mass culture has its own place and will certainly accomplish something. I.
