云南建设,日新月异;世博盛会,紧锣密鼓。值此辞旧迎新之际,记者怀着探索心情采访云南省建设厅党组书记、副厅长程政宁先生(程书记从百忙中抽出近一个小时接受记者专访)。带着曲靖市荣升地级市和昆曲高等级公路通车的喜悦走马上任的程政宁同志,待人和蔼,对本质工作忠于职守,他一调到省建设厅,便开展紧张有序的工作,从他那慈祥的面容,不难看出他对省建设厅前五年工作的肯定,也不难看出他深感今后五年云南建设,任重道远。
