目的 :将高频喷射气与小剂量氟碳相结合进行部分液体通气治疗犬的吸入性损伤 ,通过对比研究确定这种通气方式对吸入性损伤犬的血液动力学影响。方法 :将健康犬 16条随机分为两组 ,一组吸入性损伤后用高频喷射通气加纯氧治疗 ,作为对照组 ,另一组吸入性损伤后用纯氧行高频喷射通气加小剂量氟碳 (3ml/kg) ,作为治疗组。结果 :高频喷射通气结合小剂量氟碳对吸入性损伤犬进行部分液体通气后 30min、6 0min、90min的HR、MAP、MAWP、CO及SV与对照组比较及吸入性损伤后 2h比较 ,上述各项参数均无改变 (P >0 .0 5 )。PAP在治疗 90min后与对照组比较无变化 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,与伤后 2h比较升高 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :高频喷射通气给合氟碳部分液体通气对吸入性损伤犬的循环动力学的主要参数如HR、MAP、PAWP、CO及SV无影响 ,但在通气治疗 90min后PAP升高 ,其原因有待进一步研究
OBJECTIVE: To study the inhalation injury of canine by combining partial high pressure jet with low dose of fluorocarbon, and to determine the effect of ventilation on the hemodynamics of dogs with inhalation injury through comparative study. Methods: 16 healthy dogs were randomly divided into two groups. One group was treated with high-frequency jet ventilation and pure oxygen after aspiration injury. As control group, the other group was treated with high-frequency jet ventilation with pure oxygen after inhalation injury Dose fluorocarbon (3ml / kg), as a treatment group. Results: HR, MAP, MAWP, CO and SV at 30min, 60min and 90min after inhalation injury were compared with control group and 2h after inhalation injury by high frequency jet ventilation and low-dose fluorocarbon. The parameters were unchanged (P> 0.05). Compared with control group, PAP showed no change (P> 0.05) at 90 min after treatment and increased at 2 h after injury (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: High-frequency jet ventilation to the fluorocarbon partial liquid ventilation has no effect on the main parameters of circulatory dynamics such as HR, MAP, PAWP, CO and SV in dogs with inhalation injury, but PAP increased after 90 minutes of ventilation For further study
