目的 :研究测定端粒酶活性在诊断和预测卵巢肿瘤方面的意义。方法 :应用PCR -TRAP法检测 30例卵巢肿瘤组织 (良性组织 8例 ,交界性或低度恶性肿瘤 7例 ,恶性肿瘤 15例 )的端粒酶活性。结果 :8例卵巢良性组织中均未测出端粒酶活性 ,7例卵巢交界性或低度恶性肿瘤组织中 ,4例 (5 7% )端粒酶活性阳性表达 ,15例卵巢恶性肿瘤组织中 ,14例 (93.3% )端粒酶活性阳性表达。卵巢上皮性恶性肿瘤组织中 ,在组织类型、组织学分级及肿瘤分期之间无显著性差异。结论 :端粒酶活性的检测不仅有助于卵巢肿瘤的诊断和鉴别诊断 ,且有助于预测患者的预后。
Objective: To study the significance of telomerase activity in the diagnosis and prognosis of ovarian cancer. Methods: The telomerase activity of 30 cases of ovarian tumors (8 cases with benign tissue, 7 cases with borderline or low grade malignancy, and 15 cases with malignant tumor) was detected by PCR-TRAP. RESULTS: Telomerase activity was not detected in 8 benign ovarian tissues. In 7 borderline or low-grade ovarian tumors, 4 cases (57%) had positive telomerase activity and 15 ovarian malignant tumor tissues. In 14 cases (93.3%), telomerase activity was positively expressed. In ovarian epithelial malignant tumors, there was no significant difference in histological type, histological grade, and tumor stage. Conclusion : Detection of telomerase activity not only contributes to the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of ovarian tumors, but also helps to predict the prognosis of patients.
