随着城市化进程的不断加强,城市中出现了越来越多的务工人员,他们属于低收入的流动人口,常年租住在廉租公寓楼中.然而,此类公寓楼的使用现状却令人堪忧.居住环境直接影响着居住者的生理与心理状况,从而影响到整个群体.本文以东莞某出租公寓楼的室内空间改造为例,探讨如何为此类低收入的城市流动人员提供具备良好的实用性、环保性和经济性的居住场所,从关怀人性的角度关注社会中每一类人群的生活质量.
