旋挖钻机在钻进较硬地层时需增大钻具的加压力,但直接增大加压力会导致旋挖钻机稳定性下降,影响施工安全。针对此问题设计一种连接于旋挖钻机转台主梁后部的后支腿装置,给出该装置的结构组成、工作原理,并对关键受力件进行有限元分析。实际应用结果表明:该装置能够起到有效支撑作用,提高了旋挖钻机钻孔时的稳定性,满足在钻进较硬地层增大加压力时的使用要求,保证了成孔的精度,结构简单,装配方便,操作灵活。
Rotary drilling rig in drilling hard formations need to increase the pressure drill, but the direct increase in pressure will lead to decreased stability of rotary drilling rig, affecting construction safety. Aiming at this problem, a rear leg device connected to the back of the main beam of rotary drilling rig turret was designed. The structure and working principle of the device were given, and the finite element analysis of key mechanical components was given. The practical application results show that the device can effectively support the drilling rig and improve the stability of the rotary drilling rig when drilling, and meet the requirements for increasing the pressure in the hard-drilled formation when drilling, and ensure the precision of forming the hole.
